David
Farm Owner
David, an early-retired company director, planted the trees himself fifteen years ago, together with his family. He aims to provide the best possible friendly customer service. His ambition is to provide a pleasurable, friendly and environmentally responsible alternative to pre-cut trussed-up trees often imported long distances from unknown sources and cut weeks in advance.
Noey
Customer Experience Coordinator
David’s partner Noey is a retired Design Technology teacher. You’ll find her at the Pay Desk surrounded by beautiful baubles and a selection of reasonably priced hand-picked gifts and decorations. Oh, and honey to die for.
Our Team
Ours is a small family business built on service to our customers. We aim to provide a happy environment not only for customers but also for our valuable team of local young people who return year after year
to work with us.
Rooted in Quality, Grown with Care
Discover our commitment to sustainable farming practices, exceptional tree quality, and customer satisfaction.
Quality Trees
Our genuine Nordmann Fir trees are grown for their excellent appearance, longevity and freedom from disease and pests. Being grown at altitude, our trees grow more slowly and stronger offering excellent needle retention. Nordmann needles are softer, so are friendly to children and pets.
Freshness Guaranteed
You choose your tree while it is still growing, then it is cut for you to take home. We never pre-cut or sell trees grown elsewhere. This means your Christmas tree will be fresh, long-lasting, and completely unique.
Respect for the Environment
We do not prune trees, preferring to let them develop their own natural shape and character. We have a love and respect for the amazing local natural environment which we look after and are delighted to share with our customers.
Community Trusted
We divert a percentage of our modest profits to support charitable causes and we are pleased to give paid work experience to local young people.
